Overview
Kindly note that we do not accept returns for orders that are rightly fulfilled and, as such, no refund.
When a special consideration is given for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must also present the receipt you were given.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will notify you and process a refund within 12 hours.
If you didn’t get a notification after 12 hours, kindly check your bank account or contact your bank.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange or swap products.
Shipping returns
If the return is as a result of mistake from Us, We shall take full responsibilty for the Logistics both the return and shipping back to you however if otherwise you will be responsible fully for the Logistics.
