Delivery & Cancellation.

The delivery of your order shall be treated as soon as we can, however, when we have multiple/numerous orders to fulfill the Priority of your Order (as selected) will inform our delivery time.

When you order more than one Product, we shall deliver all at once except if any of the products is not currently available in the market
We will request your authorization just before the delivery process take place.

Orders canceled before delivery will attract no Service Charge.

Orders canceled while in transit will attract a service charge of #1,000 plus the cost of delivery.

Unavailability/Refusal to receive the order at the point of delivery will attract an additional fine if we have to re-deliver to you. 

We reserve the right to decline your Order for legal or other reasons best known to us. You shall be fully responsible for the cost of Delivery of your order except otherwise stated.

Confirm products are intact immediately after you receive them as we do not accept Returns for products that are correctly fulfilled and intact upon delivery (especially Cold-Chain Drugs).


You acknowledged and agree that:

i. Customers/Clients 

•   the website is a Drug Request and Refill platform.
• delivery charges, packaging charges, handling charges, administrative charges, insurance and other ancillary costs and charges, will only be payable by the buyer where applicable.

ii. Vendors/Suppliers

• all products shall be of satisfactory quality, fit and safe for the purpose(s) specified.

We do not accept cash, POS, or any form of payment on delivery.

All payments should be Direct Bank Transfer made ONLY to the account details provided on this Website (Check the Footer)
You risk losing your money if you make any form of payment to ANY other account/person/Channel different from that provided on this website.

Quick-Drugs NG shall not be liable for such loss in any way.
You must make FULL payments due for any product(s) you order before delivery is made.

Quick-Drugs NG with our licensors owns and controls all the copyright and other intellectual property rights on our website and hence all rights on our website are reserved.

• the completeness or accuracy of the information published.
• that the material on the website is up to date.
• that the website will operate without fault.
• that the website or any service on the website will always remain available.

Our general terms and conditions will not:
• limit any liabilities that are not permitted under applicable law
• exclude any liabilities or statutory rights that may not be excluded under applicable law
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any form, including:
• any loss occasioned by any interruption or dysfunction to the website
• any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control

In order to deliver your products and services purchased on our website from third parties, we may be required to provide your personal data to such third parties.

Appropriate security measures have been put in place to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized manner, altered or disclosed.




It is our desire that all our customers enjoy a wonderful experience each time they order on our platform without hiccups.

For different reasons, you may want to return items you have purchased and get a refund.

As such this Returns & Refunds Policy highlights our conditions for accepting returns & issuing refunds for items purchased from Vendors/Suppliers via the Quick Drugs NG platform.

It also spelled out when we will not accept returns or issue refunds.


Due to the nature of items sold on this platform, Quick Drugs NG accepts returns within 24 hours for Orders delivered within Lagos and 72 hours for Orders delivered outside Lagos after delivery.

We do not accept returns after the return period has elapsed. As such we advise you to confirm your order immediately after you receive them.

We shall not accept returns for items/orders that meet the conditions stated above ( ii ).

If an item is covered by a warranty and becomes damaged or defective during the warranty period, it is not covered by this Returns and Refunds Policy, but by the seller’s warranty.

While returning items;

  • Ensure you do so in the exact condition you received it. Its original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are completely intact.
  • Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so do make sure they are packaged properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
  • For items that meet the return criteria, Quick Drugs NG shall bear the cost of returning the item/order.


Upon return or perhaps your order was not fulfilled after payment, you shall be refunded for both the purchase price and the full cost of delivery you paid for.

Once your return is processed and completed, our refund timeline is 1 – 3 working days.


Returned items are inspected upon return to ascertain/confirm the reasons provided for the return & refund.

If we do not accept your return request, you shall not receive any refund of the purchase price or the delivery fees.

If the reason stated in the Return and Refund Form does not correlate with or meet our return criteria upon inspection, you shall not be entitled to any refund and you shall bear the full cost of re-delivery back to you or Forfeit the Order if it stays with us after two weeks (Pls NB: while your order stays with us, it is not covered by Insurance and Quick Drugs NG shall not be liable for any Loss or Damage after 72 hours) 

Upon filling out the Return & Refund  form, you’ll be notified about the following:

  • If it was approved or rejected
  • How and when to go about the return
  • When you will get a refund (usually within 48 hours after inspection & validation)


Additional charges shall and can apply for many reasons e.g. customization, special packaging, and extra services you request and carry out, re-delivery of rejected orders due to wrong claims, etc.

If you do not collect/pick up your order after two(2) weeks, you shall forfeit the order and we reserve the right to dispose of, sell, donate, recycle, or destroy the item(s) contained in your order.


We do not offer exchanges or swapping on our marketplace/platform. Kindly return unwanted items with valid reasons and place a new order.

  • Fill out the form and send a copy to our customer care support along with your payment evidence. Ensure you get feedback.
  • E-mail the filled-out form and your payment evidence to using the title: “Request for Regular Return & Refund” NB: This is your evidence and we will need it for documentation purposes.



If you wish to return any order that does NOT meet our returns & refunds acceptance conditions, you can file an appeal within 24 hours after delivery for a Special Return and Refund stating the rationale for the return and if granted by the seller/vendor, Quick Drugs NG shall refund you only the monetary value of the order with a #1,500 Service Charge.

Also, you shall not receive any refund on delivery fees and you’ll be fully responsible to incur the cost of logistics back to our warehouse or Vendor.

To process a Special Return & Refund:

  • Visit 
  • Chat up our Customer Care Support and request a Special Return & Refund Form (SRR-Form)
  • Fill out the form and send a copy to our customer care support along with your payment evidence. Ensure you get feedback.
  • E-mail the filled-out form and your payment evidence to using the title: “Appeal for Special Return & Refund” NB: This is your evidence and we will need it for documentation purposes. 

Quick Drugs NG shall on your behalf reach out to the Vendor/Seller and revert.

The appeal timeline and refund take about 1-3 working days.

If your appeal is declined, we are sorry to say that Quick Drugs NG can not help out at this point.
